One of the most important roles we play for our clients is to assist with maintenance of cash flow and persuading debtors to pay our client's invoices when they fall due and payable.

In the worst cases, we have assisted our UK client base assert claims in the County Courts and High Court for overdue invoices, and resisted arguments and reasons why invoices should not be paid. In cases where the debtors have not paid on demand we have applied for summary judgments and default judgments successfully in appropriate cases to precipitate payments, along with interest at the rates specified in contracts for supply, and under late payment legislation to obtain judgment debts.
