International Expertise

Our international expertise gives us a deep understanding of the law to assess suitable IP regimes for protection of foreign intellectual property rights, such as patent protection, both registered and unregistered design rights, copyright, trademarks, confidential information, and identifying grounds for unfair competition in England. Foreign Judgments

In addition to this we have:

1. appeared before the High Court to obtain recognition of foreign judgments emanating from the US, Europe and Asia, and assisted in enforcement of those judgments by obtaining English Orders;
2. advised in respect to whether or not foreign judgments are able to be enforced in England;
3. suggested courses of action in foreign courts to more readily obtain recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in English Courts.
