  1. Drukker is the business name for a legal practice carried on by Drukker Limited. References to "Drukker", "Drukker Solicitors", "we" and the like are to Drukker Limited. We use the word "partner" to refer to a director, member, or otherwise employee or consultant of Drukker Limited with equivalent standing and qualifications.
  2. Drukker Limited is a company limited by shares registered in England and Wales with registered company number 05024931. We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The SRA Code of Conduct is available from the website of the Solicitors Regulation Authority at www.sra.org.uk. Drukker is registered for VAT purposes with the VAT Registration number 355894115.
  3. A list of directors is available for inspection at the registered offices of Drukker Solicitors at Eldon Chambers, 30-32 Fleet Street, London EC4Y 1AA.
  4. Drukker is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. We are able in limited circumstances to offer a limited range of investment services to clients because we are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We can provide these investment services if they are an incidental part of the professional services we have been engaged to provide.
  5. We have professional indemnity insurance with Apro Management Limited. This insurance covers our firm extends to acts or omissions wherever in the world they may occur.
